Decisions in writing, before meetings
Most decisions are made in a written doc, with the trade-offs visible, before anyone schedules a call. Async by default. The call exists to disagree, not to discover.
Three time zones, hired the same way
Buenos Aires, San Francisco, Madrid. Co-located when it helps, remote when it does not. We do not measure time at a desk. We measure shipped work.
Veterinarians review every product change before it ships
Not after. The human-in-the-loop posture the platform takes is the same posture we take internally with clinical reviewers. A change that has not been read by a practicing vet does not ship.
The changelog is public
Every release is documented at /changelog, no login required. Internally that means people see their work credited by name. Externally it means we hold ourselves to honest release notes.
Pricing is on the website
We do not hide what the platform costs behind a sales call. We do not gate features behind 'enterprise' walls. The platform is the platform. That decision shows up in how we sell and how we build.
