v2.7.0

February 27, 2026

Faster intake, more precise diagnostics, and a more reliable workflow

Version 2.7.0 focuses on reducing manual work during patient intake, improving diagnostic accuracy for echocardiography and radiography, and resolving several usability issues that were affecting day-to-day clinical use.

What's New

  • New

    Patient forms that fill themselves

Upload your study images and diagnoVET will automatically suggest patient information to pre-fill the intake form. For X-ray studies, it also detects the request type. Less typing, fewer transcription errors, faster case creation.

  • Improved

A more guided, error-proof patient intake

The intake form has been reorganized and tightened so it's harder to enter something wrong. Fields appear in a more logical order, breeds are filtered by species, and minor typos in breed names are corrected automatically. Age and weight fields now include helper text. The Guardian field is now optional.

  • Improved

    More accurate cardiac findings

The echocardiogram model now applies additional coherence rules, including Cornell Index and right pulmonary artery distensibility, producing more clinically precise outputs. Gallbladder distension assessment has also been corrected after cases where it was returning inaccurate evaluations.

  • Improved

Dictate notes the way you speak

Saying "punto" while recording now inserts a period and starts a new sentence. Dictation flows more naturally without needing to edit punctuation after the fact.

  • Improved

    A smoother day-to-day experience

The application header now spans full width for a cleaner layout. Memory usage has been improved when working with multiple report tabs open simultaneously. Terminology has been unified across the platform, including consistent use of "Owner" and "Guardian."

These improvements reflect what slows clinics down in practice: manual data entry, edge cases in diagnostic outputs, and small issues that interrupt the reporting flow.

If something feels faster, more accurate, or simply less in the way, that's the goal.
If something feels off, we want to know.

v2.6.0

February 20, 2026

Cardiac ultrasound is here, plus a faster dashboard and a more reliable workflow

Version 2.6.0 introduces echocardiogram support, bringing AI-assisted cardiac studies into diagnoVET for the first time. Alongside this, the dashboard has been significantly reworked to load faster and be easier to navigate, and several friction points across the image workflow, reporting, and language handling have been resolved.

What's New

  • New

    Echocardiogram module

You can now process cardiac ultrasound studies directly in diagnoVET. The echocardiogram module generates structured AI reports based on established cardiology guidelines, with findings and recommendations presented in the language your clinic uses. Reports are correctly identified as echocardiographic studies across previews, PDFs, and the report customization panel. Clinic administrators can enable or disable the module from the admin panel.

  • New

Duplicate a case for a different study type

You can now copy an existing patient case and change the study type, so you don't need to re-enter patient information when running multiple types of studies on the same patient.

  • New

    Password recovery

Users can now reset their password directly from the login screen, without needing to contact support.

  • Improved

A dashboard that actually loads fast

The dashboard no longer tries to load every report at once on open. Reports now load page by page, with filters for study type, status, and text search to help you find what you need quickly. The result is a faster, more responsive experience even as your case history grows.

  • Improved

    Fewer interruptions while uploading images

The generate report button is now disabled while images are still uploading, preventing incomplete submissions. Images deleted from the gallery are immediately removed from the analysis, so the AI only works with what you actually want it to see.

  • Improved

Consistent language across X-ray and ultrasound

Reports, recommendations, and interface labels now consistently appear in the language your clinic is configured to use. Previous issues where Spanish text appeared in English-language clinics, or where AI completions failed in English, have been resolved. X-ray templates are now fully available in English.

  • Improved

    Cleaner X-ray observations

The AI no longer generates multiple observations that say effectively the same thing. Similar findings are now grouped, producing more focused and readable radiography reports.

  • Improved

Permissions that make sense in practice

If a user's access is limited to specific study types, the dashboard now reflects that clearly. Actions like continuing, deleting, or copying reports are shown with context-appropriate behavior based on what that user is actually allowed to do.

These changes reflect patterns we've observed across real clinical use: slow dashboards on busy practices, language inconsistencies in multilingual clinics, and the need to support cardiac workflows alongside radiology and abdominal ultrasound.

If something feels faster, clearer, or more complete than before, that's intentional.
If something feels off, we want to know.

v2.5.0

February 13, 2026

Smarter analysis, safer reporting, and a more resilient workflow

Version 2.5.0 focuses on making diagnostic work more reliable and less error-prone. This release improves how information is presented during analysis, strengthens reporting safeguards, and ensures images and data are not lost even under poor connectivity.

What's New

  • New

    More context while analyzing cases

Patient information is now always visible during analysis, making it easier to stay oriented and reducing the risk of context errors when reviewing studies. Navigation within the analysis view is smoother and clearer across both ultrasound and radiography workflows.

  • New

    Clearer, more supportive diagnostic insights

When relevant findings are present, reports now include clinical recommendations to support next steps, while always deferring to professional medical judgment. When key patient information is missing, the system provides reasonable contextual support to avoid incomplete or misleading outputs. Improved handling of free fluid findings ensures reports use precise, clinically appropriate language without over-concluding.

  • Improved

    Stronger safeguards against reporting errors

If elements are selected during radiographic analysis but not included in the report description, the system now warns you before exiting. This helps prevent accidental omissions. Findings better reflect what was actually observed, reducing silent inconsistencies between images and reports.

  • New

    A more resilient image workflow

Image uploads are now connection-resilient. Images remain visible and safe even if the network is unstable. Uploads and reordering happen in the background with a clear “syncing” indicator, so your work is never blocked. This significantly reduces the risk of losing images due to timeouts or connectivity issues.

  • Improved

    A smoother onboarding experience

During onboarding, validation feedback is now specific and field-level, making it immediately clear what needs to be corrected and reducing frustration during setup.

These improvements come directly from observing real clinical workflows and identifying where friction, uncertainty, or silent failure could occur.

If your work feels more fluid, safer, or more predictable, that’s the goal.
If something feels unexpected, we want to hear about it.

v2.4.0

January 23, 2026

Clearer ultrasound reports, higher diagnostic accuracy, and better clinical safeguards

Version 2.4.0 focuses on improving the quality and reliability of ultrasound reports. This release refines diagnostic content, improves how findings are expressed, and adds safeguards that reduce ambiguity and reporting errors in day-to-day clinical use.

What's New

  • Improved

More accurate and consistent ultrasound reports

Ultrasound report content has been thoroughly reviewed and refined in both English and Spanish to improve clarity, correctness, and clinical consistency. Improved wording and structure help make findings easier to read, interpret, and communicate to colleagues or clients. Corrections across species and sex terminology ensure reports reflect the patient accurately.

  • Improved

Clearer link between images and findings

Improved alignment between what is observed in images and what appears in the report. Findings now better reflect what was actually visualized during the study, reducing assumptions and over-reporting.

  • Improved

    Explicit handling of non-evaluated organs

Organs that were not visualized during the study are now clearly identified as “Not evaluated.” This prevents non-assessed organs from being implicitly reported as normal, increasing diagnostic transparency and clinical safety.

  • Improved

    Smoother, more reliable experience

Improved stability when generating and saving ultrasound reports. More robust handling of species and patient attributes, reducing edge cases and inconsistencies. Overall improvements that reduce friction and increase confidence in the final report.

These changes are the result of reviewing real ultrasound cases and tightening the system to better reflect how veterinarians actually scan, interpret, and report studies.

If something feels clearer, more precise, or safer than before, that’s intentional.
If something feels off, we want to know.
